| Having been involved with a drama society in my home town of Hailsham, East Sussex since leaving school, I moved to Billericay in about 1986 and joined Stock Drama in 1987. I took many roles including some Old Time Music Hall Productions. I became President of the group in 1997, unfortunately at a time when the group was struggling for
membership. However I was lucky to be asked to take a small part with the "Folders" drama group in Billericay and the fortunate meeting ultimately resulted in the amalgamation of the two societies in 1999 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. I Have Directed five productions for the group but still enjoy acting first and foremost and also enjoy the responsibility for the set design
and lighting for the groups two annual productions. |
