Meeting and Minutes Index

Minutes of Meetings are always at least a month in arrears, as they have to be approved at the following meeting before they can be published. Agendas are usually posted late on the weekend before the Meeting.

As you browse the minutes you will find various styles and qualities, some are scanned jpegs and some text. This is because some of the previous clerks have not had computers and rather than re-typing with the possibility of typos, the ones that arrive on paper are scanned.
