| I trained as a chef in Italy and have worked as
a chef since the age of 14. I came to England in 1978 and worked in some
fashionable hotel, restaurant and club in London. I have worked in the most
famous Casinos in London such as Les Ambassadeurs, The Sportsman Club,
Crockford and the Park Tower to name but a few. |

| Cooking for Royalty and some of the most rich
and famous people in the world. I have finally achieved my dream of owing my
own Restaurant after searching for the right place for the last 2 years. |
Nicole and I found the old
Tearoom in Stock in October last year and finally sealed the deal in January
2006. We love the village life and have settled very well in our new life. The
business has so far been very succesfull and we hope to be able to open for
lunches soon.
