| All Saints Church will host the Royal Holloway
Chapel Choir. The choir has recently performed on BBC Radio 3 Choral Evensong,
and their latest CD was given a 5 star review by Classic FM. The radio station
currently features 'Ave Maria I' on its regular playlist and has been hailed as
'Truly fabulous' by The Times. This certainly isn't a concert that you would
want to miss. |
 |
| Originally a Choir for women's voices, the Choir now
comprises 24 Choral Scholars which are generously funded by Santander as a part
of the Santander Universities Scheme. Former members of the choir include the
international soloists Dame Felicity Lott and Susan Bullock and many others who
now sing with ensembles including The Sixteen, The Gabrieli Consort, The Tallis
Scholars and Polyphony. Past organ scholars have attained prominent positions
in many British cathedrals and public schools. |
| Under the direction of Rupert Gough, the Choir has
released CDs under Naxos, Signum and most recently Hyperion. |
| Tickets have now been released and are available
through myself on 07540 892778 or o.s.lincoln@rhul.ac.uk or after Sunday
Mass/Evensong services at All Saints. Tickets are priced at £10 adults,
